Why this company?

After I worked as an Italian chef in Italy, I converted to create Spanish dishes. I was involved with starting-ups of the various Spanish Bals, and I thought I could use my experience with Act Dining.

About my job

I’m a chef at BRDEBIS in Ebisu. Not only preparing the dishes for the restaurant, but I also serve as a manager to supervise the sales management and other paper works.

When the restaurant becomes lively with full of customers. I also like the moments when I prepare the dishes diligently.
