I was originally interested to be part of the establishment of the business with the CEO whom I’ve also known him as a friend. Most of all, I believed in and wanted to be part of Yosuke Tanaka’s passion towards his belief and the goal to create the food business that has never existed.

At the food truck department, I am in charge of the process from the preparation of an event to the supervision on-site at the event.

When I complete the event and when I feel I gave it all. I also feel it when the outcome is obtained by everyone participating and working together as a team.
